Gateway Place Apartments located in Eau Claire, WI is a community that was built in 3 phases during 2021-2023, beginning at the corner of East Hamilton Ave and Gateway Dr.

These apartments are upgraded units, ranging from 1-3 bedrooms with a variety of different floorplans. All units are either lower OR upper (no units are bi-level).
Gateway units are equipped with all appliances, including washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher.
